Here is a picture of Carys when we'd just started picking.

Here is Landon, my oldest, and Chase, my 8yo, with Sarah L. in between!

Here is Carys after much berry eating. She was perfectly willing to pick her own berries, but she wasn't picky about choosing good ones. I had to watch her like a hawk!

I finally got Landon to hold Carys so I could do some serious picking!

As an added adventure, I got the van stuck in the sugar sand on the way out and had to be pulled out by a tractor. I was so glad to have Kim along and to not have to go through that experience by myself. It might it funny rather than frightening! We've been so blessed to have this family as our friends!

Looks like alot of fun! I can't wait until blueberry picking up here.
Waaahh!!! :-) Here in COLD & SNOWY Maine it's at least two more months before we can get strawberries. I was just saying today I'm thinking of moving south - I'm getting very tired of snow. Lisa (SHS)
In OR we had all kinds of upick farms. I miss this. I asked here and was told there was cotton. ::snort::
Can't believe how big Carys is getting. How old is she now?
Carys will be 15 months old in 3 days! Time sure flies. I really love the time from 1-2 years, so much intellectual development that is so fun to watch!
No berry picking anytime soon here either but I enjoyed your pictures.
LOL to Carys picking her own and not minding the condition.
Yikes about getting the car stuck! It sounds like they were prepared and that this has happened to others before!
OH MY! Getting stuck and having to be pulled out with a tractor. That does add to the excitment (LOL). I bet the boys found it interesting. My boys would. They would LOVE to tell daddy that mom got stuck! If we got stuck here it would be in the mud not the sand.
