Since Landon won't be here, we took his pumpkin to him this weekend when we went to UCF for the homecoming game.
That morning, we made a trip to IKEA, while we were in the area! :) A trip to IKEA is entertainment even if you don't buy anything.
Before the game
Great sunglasses!

Carys was the best fan the Knights had!

It was a good visit with him but too short. We came back Saturday night so Gerren could play drums at church Sunday morning. It was his debut, and he did a great job! Greg took a video of the last song with his ipod, but it was a nightmare trying to get it from his ipod onto this blog. Hope you can see it! (Ignore the loud singing and focus on the drums!)
Here are some pictures from the scavenger hunt. This year, I geared my clues toward Carys since the older kids have already done 10 hunts! I put a picture that the word rhymed with and a letter that the word began with like this: Looks like "B" (I had a picture of eyes for looks like), Sounds like (picture of an ear) "bread" except it was a picture of a loaf of bread.
The answer to this clue is "mat".
Well, I learned that Carys needs to work on rhyming! :)
She found the clues (with a LOT of help) from us anyway!
She eventually found the pumpkins as well.
The Sharps joined us for the scavenger hunt and homemade funnel cakes.
Tom and Gerren hung out for the evening.
And Cathy, Bonnie, and I had a great time chatting!
Overall, it was a very fun evening!
